Description
Hello!
When you create a bulletin in Groupjive 1.8, you can insert links to URLs. When you save your bulletin, they work properly..
But when you edit this bulletin , to change colours or fonts or whatever, all the links inside the bulletin are broken when you save the changes.
You have to edit the bulletin once more, and re-write the links for them to work properly again.
Thanks for any suggestion that can help me solve this problem.

This issue is not related to GroupJive, as I cannot reproduce it systematically when I move my development site from one server to another. I will continue my research in direction of Apache and PhP settings.
