Extend Update On to work in profile display

Description
If you ajax edit Field A and Field B updates based off Field A changing then Field B should have its profile display value updated upon ajax change. This should be relatively easy to do given the ajax response handling for update on is generic and outputs whatever HTML is needed.

Don't see a need for this now that multiple fields can be edited in the same instance.

Use full tab ajax editing or additional fields feature instead. There's too many potential chaining problems with something like this.
