CB Paid Subscriptions

Implement additional triggers for various share actions. For example a before trigger for accepting a shared subscription before it places the shared subscription in session and redirects. This would allow overriding the accept behavior with your own or adding limitations to accepting a shared subscription. Triggers for creation of shared subscriptions could also be used to add additional validation rules.
