System Actions: Improve activity actions with parent stream prefix

Description

When Like, Comment, etc.. activity is stored it's stored with no parent asset prefixing its asset. So GroupJive tagged activity for example stores as follows.

activity.ACTIVITY_ID.tag

For GJ however it should be as follows.

groupjive.group.GROUPD_ID.activity.ACTIVITY_ID.tag

It maybe best to just create GJ system system actions for activity tagged, likes, etc.. to ensure this is accurately set.

CB Activity is being redesigned so this won't really be relevant. When rendering a stream from CB Auto Actions users will need to supply the substitution metadata like target_id, target_type, etc.. instead of asset (except for Likes)
