Description
Currently the length counter is just character count. This makes no sense in the context of something like activity or comment feeds. Replace this with a word count usage instead.

May not be possible as it'll be too hard to make this accurate. A better approach is to implement smart counting. For example inserting a GIF, sticker, etc.. should only count as 1 character.. not dozens due to the shortcode producing more characters.
