backend users list items failing if owner is first item
Description
In backend if a group owner is the first item in the list then all actions will fail regarding deleting, etc.. as it will error stating no items selected.

Fixed in r1664
In addition to the fix it is now possible to manage Owners from backend. In this sense you can promote users from admins to owner, demote owners to admins, replace owners with another user off the group (individual and mass), edit owners, delete owners, etc..
Keep in mind the PREVIOUS owner will be DELETED from the group if you change a groups owner. You can not have 2 owners in a group. When a user is demoted from owner they are still the owner of the group seen when editing the group and should be replaced with another user or they will still have power over the group (this means if the user re-saves their group, it will restore their user to owner).
