CB ProfileBook rating is not calculating correctly
Description
When posting on a users guestbook and providing a 5 star rating then posting again with no rating it is counting as a rating of 0 even if rating is set to optional.

This appears to also affect the rating fieldtype. Rating do not appear to be calculating properly.

This is due to it calculating no rating (0) as a negative impact on the users rating. Should this be the case? It shouldn't count a rating that doesn't exist IMO. Will review and propose patch if agreed, otherwise just close.

Patch adds a check to ensure the vote is greater then 0 before attempting to calculate.
