Implement optional (enable/disable from GJ Config) drop-down that allows quickly selecting connected users for fast group inviting.

Implemented in r1721

This feature is disabled by default. It'll provide a dropdown list of connected users (does not check if already invited or already a user of the group) allowing to quickly add their information to the invite.
