implement BBCode support for various editors
Description
In many situations a full editor is not ideal, but no editor is also not ideal. Adding support for BBCode so SOME form of a minor editor can be used.

Doesn't seam necessary to add a BBParser. Users using JCE can customize the editor to the usergroup which seams sufficient enough.
