profile privacy does not hide on userlist
Description
There is a feature to allow searching of the users field on userlist, but believe it should also HIDE the fields value entirely on userlist. For example if the first page has that user on it there is no search criteria to check against to ensure the user won't be displayed in the results. This results in a field they've set private being seen anyway.
