After profile update triggers not field matching properly

Description

When using a condition the field matching doesn't seam to be working properly. It's including post data into the substitution usage and perhaps is causing fields not to match right on update. Needs further investigation.

$cbUser is pulling from an old cached version of the user, need to fix usage so it isn't pulled from a cached user.
