Manage category subscriptions
Description
Currently there's no profile management of category subscriptions (just thread subscriptions). Would be good to also be able to manage category subscriptions from the same subscriptions display, but they're 2 separate databases so needs proper review and testing.

Category subscriptions will show above post subscriptions but only when a category subscription is present. Otherwise it hides itself. It'll use the same search/paging parameters as post subscriptions. It just has to be displayed and handled separately as they're 2 different database tables.
