Description

Only when using CB 1.8 and CB Privacy has a tab/field set to not display in profile edit it results in the tab/field missing from backend edit. Unsure if issue is in CB or CB Privacy it self.

It's a bug in CB Privacy it self. It also only affects tabs and not fields. It's due to the frontend edit missing a UI check to ensure it's frontend. Patch adds frontend check.
