Class load order is causing fatal errors with auto integration
Description
If the auto integration isn't loaded in twice it causes a fatal class error. This is same problem that forum integration had and the loader call needs to be done at the bottom of the file. Most installs will have other things calling CB plugins so they won't notice this.
