Name fields don't update the name column in Joomla correctly

Description

When using ajax on core name fields (first, middle, or last) it updates the name column in Joomla _users with your change instead of the combined name value (first middle last).

Name save expects all 3 fields to be present in post, but in ajax case only 1 is.
