Implement a language string such as TIMEAGOPREFIX and if it's TIMEAGOPREFIX then pass prefix as null.

Added language string for TIMEAGOPREFIX and TIMEAGOFROMNOWPREFIX. If equal to it self or empty it won't be added to the jQuery.
