Recent timeago not displaying
Description
When timeago is very recent it is no longer displaying in IE or FF. It displays fine in Chrome. Possibly some sort of jQuery issue.

Seams to oddly only occur for activity logged on Thursdays and Tuesdays. All other days seam fine.

Is due to s = s.replace(/T/," ").replace(/Z/," UTC"); in the timeago jQuery plugin. It's because it's replacing the T with a space so the date is no longer valid.

The format it should be using, while not that readable, is "2008-07-17T09:24:17Z" (ISO 8601 timestamp). So the timeago added to the span as title should be of this same format (in UTC of course).
