Add a description length parameter for list displays
Description
When viewing the Groups tab of a category it also shows the descriptions of those groups, but it does not limit their length so it results in very long descriptions sometimes. Add a parameter to specify a length limit so long descriptions will be cut short.

Default limit of 150 is set for all list display descriptions. This will avoid list displays from breaking from extra long descriptions.
