Update module to use bootstrap styling
Description
Style all the display modes using GJs bootstrap template. See CB Activity for usage, change CSS namespace from ID to a class so can be used at multiple locations.

Added duplicate selectors with .cbGjExternal .cbGjExternalInner namespace so the CSS can be used externally. Note it will be influenced slightly by Joomla due to # having more weight.

Most displays are updated with a bootstrap inspired design. GJ template CSS is also loaded in and used (in addition to some custom module CSS).

All display modes now redesigned with bootstrap styling and all displays except approval and stats have vertical and horizontal displays.
