Description

Although this does not prevent it from working, the input is missing the type="text" attribute.

I have styled all my text inputs but because this is missing the type, the style is not applied. Adding this attribute would make it consistent with all the other CB fields.

Fixed in now released 1.0.3. It was being set to the primaryemail instead of text. It's now properly set to text.
