Description

As done with Fields update many of the other actions to be unlimited usage. Meaning for example in a Code action I could have jQuery, CSS, and HTML all done in a single action instead of 3. This should provide the -/+ buttons as well as Move icon for reordering. Implement this usage for all relevant actions (some it doesn't make sense like Redirect action).

Almost all actions allow unlimited usage in a single action now. Only a few that it doesn't make sense or are more complex do not allow it.
