Description

Implement new action to handle CiviCRM user synchronization. Later add support for the other modules such as Events, etc..

Implemented with the following 3 modes for the time being.

Synchronize User (Individual) - This will create an "Individual" that is linked to the users id
Delete User (Individual) - This will delete the "Individual" linked to the users id
Individual - This will create a new "Individual" that is not linked to any specific user

Update address sub type to have a checkbox to enable/disable the address. As is it depends on street address being supplied, which may not always be the case (for example maybe all you want to set is country).
