Userlist conditions failing for delimiter fields
Description
Delimiter fields appear to still display their value even though they've been conditioned away on userlist.

- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Delimiter fields in general will condition fine now. The reason they failed is their value came from the field description. The description will now properly null when being conditioned.
