Implement activity hiding
Description
Implement gear dropdown menu item to hide an activity item. This is user by user based and requires a simple database table to keep track of what activity ids have been hidden. This should also allow hiding of an entire activity Type and/or Sub-Type.

Probably need a new component page for this so you can unhide activity as needed.

First implementation is hiding of individual activity. Hiding by type and user will maybe be added later.
