Implement parameter to override field display
Description
Currently when a field is privacy protected it's completely removed from display. Implement a parameter to replace the display (substitution supported) to allow for more customized output. This needs to be implemented extremely carefully as the field in this case can't be removed from the fields array or the custom display won't be seen.
