URLs without scheme cause domain prefixing

Description

If a URL is shared, but no scheme is supplied it causes it to prefix with the current domain. If scheme is missing force it to http.

Attachments are now validated on store and urls missing http and prefixed with www will have http prefixed.

Note: this will not fix existing attachments.
