Same domain links are opening new tab/window
Description
Same domain links should not have _blank target, but instead should just navigate away from the stream. Add a check to test if they're internal (see Joomlas function; used in CB login module) and determine if _blank target is needed or not.

This should only apply to URL media and inline shared links. It should not apply to media like videos, images, etc.. CB Gallery file activity is a URL though so this could result in weird behavior depending on the activity.

inline shared links will check for this, but attachments will always open in a new window.
