Description

Implement pages to view all content from accessible groups into the integrations component pages with menu item support and implement approval pages to view all items a user can approve across multiple groups.

Implemented for GJ Events only. The other integrations are deprecated and replaced by CB Activity and CB Gallery which both can support menu items as is.
