Implement forum back link
Description
Implement back link to return to a group when viewing a groups forum category. It should use jQuery to insert it next to the other buttons. Grab the category id from GET, load the category object, then check its access for a GJ group id before attempting this for best performance. getCategory probably needs caching as well.
