Description

Pinned entries will always be at the top. Only CB Moderators can pin entries. Implement a trigger so this can be overridden on an integration by integration usage level. Pinning should be strict to its location (e.g. GJ pins should not show on global stream as pinned).

  • Subject changed from Implement pinning of activity entries to Implement pinning (sticky) of activity entries

This could be a new database column that the query simply orders by first before ordering by date. In that case this functionality should only be accessible to CB moderators and will show as sticky regardless of the stream.
