Description

Reportedly conditions are failing to migrate for older CB Auto Actions releases. This is an unconfirmed issue. Retest action migration completely.

This is due to if ( $operator ) { check in the migration script, but 0 is Equal To so it causes Equal To conditions to not migrate.
