browser cache for thumbnails not invalidating on image change
Description
When uploading a thumbnail for a video then viewing the gallery followed by uploading another thumbnail you'll still see the previous image until browser cache has cleared. This should be sending a header response from CB Gallery to expire it since the file changed.
