Implement responsive box sizing for activity display
Description
The container boxes do not have responsive output when using mobile. Primarily the 400px box size should shrink to 200px when on mobile. The issue is it determines if it needs to use inline image or background image based off PHP values (size of the image relative to the container).

First entry with double sizing in a multi entry uploading will do its best to reduce down to normal sizing on mobile view.
