GroupJive: Implement option to leave all groups
Description
Could be useful to force a user out of all groups they do not own. Should probably just be a new mode to avoid having to condition the groups dropdown.

Implemented "All" option when selecting groups to join/leave. If is the only value selected users will be forced to join all groups that they do not own or are not already a member of. In the case of leave it will force them to leave all groups they are a member of skipping groups that they own.
