Description

When using a hashtag in a gallery description it should parse into a clickable link that links to a gallery with all entries also containing that hashtag. Similar to CB Activity usage.

Would like to see this implemented somehow as an integration from CB Activity. Hashtags in media should link to CB Activity posts as there is no "media stream" to really link to.

Alternatively this could just be an input below the description input that lets them supply tags or select from pre-defined list of tags.
