Implement support for messageless posts
Description
Users should be able to make meaningful posts without a message attached. Could be an upload (CB Gallery would probably need to toggle this somehow), a mood, or a location (e.g. like a check-in). Tagging should not trigger this as it has no meaning without context.

As long as a post contains a Link, Action, Location, or CB Gallery Upload the required message check can be bypassed.
