Description

This needs to migration old conditions to the new usage. Tabs 1 - 5 should be treated as OR conditions. Conditional Others should also be converted to OR conditions on the fields being shown/hidden. Conditioning of field options will be removed entirely (no migration). Migrate plugin reset and debug to individual fields as they are no longer global params.

Usergroup and View Access Level conditions can't be reversed so those maybe difficult migrating if there are multiple conditions.
