GJ Events: allow owner attendance
Description
The event owner can't make themselves as attending an event. The assumption is they're going to be there, but there's no indication of this. Allow the event owner to mark themselves as attending like any other user and by default on event create mark them as attending.

Creation of new events should force owner as initially attending at which point they can unattend if needed.
