Description

Some Joomla dispatchers are prepared and executed before onAfterRender causing CB Auto Actions to be unable to act on them, but CB Auto Actions has to be loaded no sooner than onAfterRender to avoid conflict with Joomlas language filter plugin and language loading issues (it'd load CB in English since language filter hadn't loaded the Joomla language yet). However not every site needs language filter so for them there should be an option to load CB Auto Actions sooner. Have a select field to select one of the following Joomla events to load CB Auto Actions.
