Implement download my data field
Description
This field should be a simple export of a users profile data. This should help with those that want to automate GDPR compliance.

This should somehow be extensible by other CB plugins (events) to be able to dump their data as well ?

Works same as user management export, supports parameter to select the export format, allows selecting fields to be excluded, has repeat usage for supply custom export data. Still needs implementation of confirmation, which should send a link to their email to confirm the export (basically same as delete/disable) to better secure this feature.
