Description

This should consolidate all the tab and field privacy settings under a single privacy tab for easy privacy selection instead of being next to the field or top right of the tab.

Ideally this should be a generated tab (same for fields) that's always applied last. It should respect the parameter for toggling off privacy on registration.

Implemented parameters to exclude specific tabs or fields from being simplified. Additionally implemented parameters for separate simplified profile edit and registration (e.g. display profile edit as simple and registration as normal).

Review adding override parameters to tabs or fields when simplified privacy is enabled so you can override titles and descriptions for the simplified privacy (e.g. add a description just to the simplified privacy controls).
