Implement reuse parameters
Description
Implement parameters to allow limiting how many times the auto action is executed globally and per-user. So for example you could configure an auto action to execute only 5 times for a user or only 10 times total. Also implement a timeframe parameter for both. So for example the auto action can be executed 5 times within a given month for a user.
