Gender causes user sync to fail

Description
When synchronizing data between CB and Kunena with Gender set to synchronize a CB field it causes an error to be thrown and fail the synchronization. Most likely is due to either gender being removed, renamed, or the value supplied isn't what is expected.

Seams to have been a Kunena issue long since fixed. Works fine now.
