CB Menu notifications icon should become text on mobile view

Description

When displayed in the hamburger menu the icon only output is odd and non-descriptive. This should become text using responsive classes.

CB Menu it self needs improved to be able to better handle positioning of icons like this as ideally they should just always be visible and present on the menu bar instead of being collapsed.
