Implement stream outputs in other plugins directly in CB Activity
Description
Currently this is being done with system actions in CB Auto Actions and it limits usability in configuring the parameters. This should instead work like how CB Gallery extends CB Activity by adding the necessary parameters dynamically by extending the XML views.

Still needs support for rendering activity stream, like button, and follow button in CB GroupJive groups.
