Media approval page without a menu item has wrong asset

Description

This causes the asset to default to the users on profile gallery asset. This should default to all for the approval page.

This only happens if the approval page uses a CB Gallery menu item that has an asset specified. In this case it needs to be more specific and also check what the menu items action endpoint is.
