Description

Currently tags are grabbing all the connection ids and names prematurely. If the user has hundreds or thousands of connections this can and will slow the page. It also becomes impossible to use for tagging users since there's just too many option elements generated. This instead should just use the new generic ajax usage used by new reactions feature. This would eliminate current and future performance problems with tagging.
