K2 alias regenerating even if title is unchanged

Description

The alias for K2 entries is being regenerated so it's being suffixed with a number increment as if the alias already exists. It should not bother with this step if the title is unchanged.

K2 support will end in CB 3.x. Not worth the effort to add more support for it now. K2 appears to be on maintenance support (been a year since it was last updated) and does not appear to be planned for Joomla 4. It's largely unnecessary now given core Joomla content is quite powerful.
