Implement parameter to control privacy controls location
Description
Currently privacy controls are always inline directly next to the inputs icons. Implement parameter to control the location better when not using simple privacy. For example inline (default), right aligned, or new line.

Don't need a special parameter for this. Just need to allow individual privacy controls to add custom CSS classes instead of only global, which will give greater control over privacy display.
