Implement link sharing on CB Activity streams
Description
Currently when using the media button you can only upload via file selection or data paste. Add the link feature here as well.

- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
It will now just respect profile gallery parameters. So if linking is enabled then linking will function.
